I have taken out Medium or Premium multi-risk coverages, how much will my deposit be?
The deposit will always be €3,200, regardless of the level of cover taken out. However, the excess will be €1,600 with Medium multi-risk coverage and €990 with Premium multi-risk coverage.
Is insurance included?
Because anything can happen, Hertz Trois Soleils includes Basic Multi-risk cover in all its contracts. With this package, you benefit from :

Can I change my level of cover before departure?
You can upgrade to the Medium or Premium coverages using your personal online space up to 72 hours before your departure.
Within 72 hours of your departure, you will need to contact central booking, charges will apply for any last minute changes.
Can I add Cancellation / Postponement Coverage after I have made my booking?
This option can only be taken out at the time of booking. If you have not taken it out when booking, you will not be able to add it.
I have a reservation. What happens if I want to cancel it?
If you took out the Cancellation / Postponement Coverage when you booked, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure under the conditions of the guarantee. More than 30 days before departure, you can cancel without justification and be reimbursed for the sums paid (the amount of the cancellation/deferral guarantee is retained). Less than one month before departure, you can cancel on presentation of proof (medical, professional, etc.). This coverage also allows you to postpone your booking to a later date.

I can't make it on the day of departure and have to cancel my trip. Can I get a partial refund?
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of departure, or in the event of a no-show on the day of departure, the amount of your contract will be retained by Hertz Trois Soleils.
